Jess Benitez Martinez built BM Advisory Co. after hearing the same pain point over and over again: business owners were tired of receiving reports, not answers.

It started close to home. When her sister opened her gym, Jess stepped in to help her understand her numbers, not just track them, but actually use them to make decisions. What she found was a pattern that showed up everywhere: smart, ambitious founders operating without financial clarity, relying on their bank balance to tell them whether they were okay.

At the same time, Jess was working a traditional role where her drive to help entrepreneurs wasn't fully realized. So she took the leap.
